I’m Jennifer Turner, a Senior UX/Product Designer with 10+ years of experience designing enterprise, healthcare, eCommerce, and operational platforms.

My work focuses on simplifying complex workflows, building scalable design systems, and creating accessible experiences that balance user needs with business goals.

Throughout my career, I’ve led UX initiatives from discovery through implementation,   collaborating closely with product managers, developers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver thoughtful, high-impact digital experiences.

I specialize in UX delivery, interaction design, operational workflows, and front-end collaboration, with a strong foundation in visual storytelling and systems thinking.

Outside of design, I’m also an exhibiting fine artist, illustrator, and traveler who draws inspiration from storytelling, culture, movement, and human connection. That creative perspective helps me bring empathy, curiosity, and emotional intelligence into every experience I design.
